Both plugins were working, now they aren't.
When you post up logs, delete the log, or back it up somewhere else, and give a fresh output.
And worst of all, when something goes wrong, you should ALWAYS check the logs for errors.

But I Test Another Game Mod and that give same Eroro!But When i test them in my PC Both of them Work Correctly!

No, as you can see the reason the error 19 turns up, is also because the plugin hasn't loaded... Suggesting to update the plugin in the first instance will more likely break his modes.
He needs to figure out why the plugins are no longer loading, before trying to update them.

If you have it running on your home PC, and not on your VPS, and it NEVER worked on your VPS, then you'll be needing the VC Runtimes updated.
