Thanks, but I needed a camera system and able to control peds on GTA to record them, Anyone knows how?

You mean like Rockstar Editor? No there's no such system as good as R* Editor not even close as far as I know
Although you can do it frame by frame with specting which will be really hard

If there are no other system, then how did they made those dope trailers?. I really need a cleo mod or etc,, I believe there's a program for this.

There are all sorts of camera mods, which enable you to control your camera in different direction, move, zoom in, out and all other sorts of things.

If there are some mods which I think there are, they usually have tutorials on how to use it

i think there's a program called camhunt for moving the camera in certain positions that are not present in the game , i saw someone making a movie with it (and other programs that i dont remember) and the movie turned out to be amazing , u can try it

There's a CLEO mod that works the same as the filterscript called 'CAMEDITOR'
