If you have some problems with SACNR list there is new way to fix this problem by adding FS to your GM.
Check this:

As ZaBraNjeNi said, you can now use the Announce API to get your server onto SACNR Monitor instead of relying on the SA-MP lists.

If you have any issues post back in this thread, this is in beta at the moment but we can help fix it if it doesn't work for you.

Can you paste the output of the filterscript? It should say whether it successfully announced the server or not.

[08:56:33] [SACNR Monitor] Server failed to announce: 403 Forbidden. This can happen if your server has multiple IP addresses or lots of public SA-MP servers on your subnet.
