I don't know where to post forum-issues at, but I go ahead and post it here I suppose.
I'm not sure why my reputation ain't going up I've received a fair amount of reps+ (send alerts to me), but it's not going up or down? Is there something I don't know about or I'm just failing to see it?

If some reps are grey, that means the user who repped you hasn't reached the requirements, this is most likley to prevent abuse.
If some are green, that means they're active.
