What is the difference between:

Visual FX Quality: Medium

and

Visual FX Quality: High?

Because I can't see any difference at all lol

You can see that in single player mode. In SAMP, most graphic features are disabled.

apparently medium and high difference is the graphix change but your right i cannot see the difference too, but hey ho maybe someone else can :/
