Explain what procedure you are running the server.
Make sure you have your plugins and Gamemode loaded up.

Whats the error? Does the server show in your client (Without the Unknown gamemode)?

What that has to do with portforwarding and hosting server? It has nothing to do with scripting like plugins and gamemodes. It starts sa-mp server.exe correctly but it just shows only for me the server.

So other players that insert the IP cant connect?
First of all make sure you don't give them your local IP adress, go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ and give your friends that IP.
Also make sure you don't have hamachi installed as that could interfere.

No. Check Windows Firewall. By default it is set to block incoming connections.

I spent 3 good hours figuring out why I can't connect to my server which is hosted in VPS it was Windows Firewall blocking incoming connections, so just allow it for sa-mp server and it will work.

i have setted both Sa-mp dedicated server and sa-mp server .exe at both networks. Not only private.
I use Mysql at my script and running XAMPP for localhost testing issues. Should i let apache at both networks too?

I've read somewhere that if your provider gives you an IPv6, forwarding ports won't work. If you had IPv4, it would work.

I've had the same problem and still have it. I have IPv6 and unfortunately with IPv6 you don't have to forward ports. I have no idea. Just check it out in your router's information.
