Check why your mysql didn't load it failed to load then you can't use any mysql functions,

If you're using linux, add .so to your plugins in server.cfg,

Make sure the plugin exists (.dll for win and .so for linux)

Update your MYSQL plugin. The one you are using doesn't have the current functions.
