I am looking for a server hoster that is free with windows system.
Please let me know what the best are.
Also if there is not any free let me know about best and cheapest samp hoster.

VPS (ovh.com, zare.co.uk), Dedicated SA-MP Host (hostskool.com -> worst customer support, that's pretty much it).

Bearing in mind Windows costs money to have a license for (Windows server does), why would anyone offer that, plus hardware rental, for free?
