There are some few interios when you enter them u just falling so now i wounder is there any include for fixing them?
Like Og Loc's house and sweets house u just falling.

It is no bug. It is feautre.
R* had no purpose to do collision meshes on those house floors, because they assumed that noone will be ever able to roam through those interiors (because they were used only for cutscenes).
You can DIY and fix it by simply creating some flat objects just beneath the floor, so that player won't fall down.
