Host it on Ultra Host if its other than RP server or Host it on Internet Tab of SAMP from your PC.

no cpu limits not tags on your server name by the way if you need more slots simple use YSF plugin v14 and change rootstamp server version to 3.7 R1 too then make a command setmaxplayers by native from this plugin and yah HERE WE GO FREE 1000 SLOT SERVER BUMMMMM!
