i tried to add an admin cmd "/veh (ID)
like /veh 522 > spawns nrg.
i tried some scripts but its not working idk why

Probably the scripts you are trying to test are using zcmd as command processor.

You should get a zcmd script. There are tons of vehicle spawn scripts using this command processor.
