samp-server.exe issue
#1

Hello everyone,

Haven't visited these forums for quite a while but I need your help if possible.

A break-down of my issue:

1. I have my relevant server files on an external hard drive
2. samp-server.exe loads everything correctly (i.e. plugins/filterscripts/gamemode itself) absolutely fine on one computer
3. samp-server.exe comes up with the following on a different computer:

4. Both computers are Windows 10 64bit. The PC which has this issue has been reformatted recently so I'm wondering if something isn't up to date (separate from SA:MP). Framework for example, but that's just a random example.
5. To reiterate, in both instances I am using my external hard drive so exactly the same files are present.
6. I tried moving the files to the PC desktop (the PC which is having troubles with it) but the same occurs.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks - forgot about this plugin. I've tried it with that, and now I get this:

plugins sscanf streamer Whirlpool

you got three plugins and on this pic just two loaded

check if streamer is not being loaded if yes then try to put this two files [ in attachment zip file ] extract them then put them in your server folder

Well spotted.

In Incognito's thread (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=102865), I saw this text:
Quote:

The Windows version requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 or higher. If this cannot be installed on the server, place these files in the top directory (alongside samp-server.exe).

I suspect this is the issue actually.

EDIT: Still doesn't work even after turning on every option available on .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and .NET Framework 4.6 Advanced Services. :/

EDIT2: I'll try that download you supplied now.

EDIT3: You fixed it. Thanks xD
