How would I go about creating a system for my website which automatically displays the server hostname, slots and gamemode? I've been looking around and I can't really seem to find a properly explained way of doing this.

There's a server query API, written in PHP, floating around here somewhere. Shouldn't be too hard to find. Also see this: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Query_Mechanism. Outdated image but the text is mostly still relevant.
