[Map] Simplistic Seaside Mansion/Hotel

I haven't really had time for mapping in the past 6 - 8 months, so I decided to create a simplistic building. I was going to use TextureStudio, but since I'm not that familiar with it yet, I decided to not use custom textures and used MTA instead. The map doesn't have that much detail. But I like it myself and it looks pretty good despite the simplicity of it .
