I want to know a way to add custom mappings to the new beachside building ? I tried with MTA and Jernejl's map editor but it shows the old building which is not enterable and I cant map the apartments inside.

I had the exact same problem. I tried some in-game editors, there's a few of them on the forum, but, well, using these in a such small interior is a kind of torture.

You can use SA-MP's default object editor.
