So it has been a while since I entered samp or samp server, I went to C5 cops and robbers and saw that yellow colored pickup of a house:

These are new pickups in 0.3.7 if you want to create these pickups you must upgrade your server to 0.3.7

If you want the pickup ids these are

19522 = property_red
19523 = property_orange
19524 = property_yellow
