I think the RB2 setlist is better, but i heard the instruments break easily. I've had no problems with GH:WT drums or guitar, and the new slide-pad is a great addon for solos.

I currently own GH:WT, but i'm buying RB2 tomorrow. Just the game.

What are your opinions, which one wins?

Oh and, anyone wanting to challenge me on xbox 360 in either game, just ask. :P I play on expert, if you want, i can play on medium or hard. But not easy.

Nothing can beat GH3 on PC - add any custom song you want

I own the full GH:WT set. My red drum pad became completely unresponsive while drumming, it has been sent away (RMA) since 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to come back .

You can do the same with Frets on Fire (free!). I've been hooking up my GH:WT XBox controller to my PC and playing a large list of custom songs, it's awesome.

That's another good point. The Guitar that comes with the PC version is the same one as the 360 gets - it's even got the Xbox 360 logo on it :P . This is because Xbox 360 controllers, of which the GH3 guitar is just a modified one, are fully compatible with PC. So if you have a 360 guitar, grab Frets on Fire. Just make sure you unplug it while playing other games, GTAIV, UT3 and others still detect it as a controller and try and use it (Yes, you can attempt to drive your car in IV with a guitar...)

They will also send you a "tuning" kit which helps with those issues and it's free.

The MIDI cable is free if you don't have one.

I don't think my drum needs tuning, I didn't touch any settings. The red pad just decided to not work at all (while playing), no matter how hard you hit it or where .

I heard about that problem, it can be fixed by opening up the drums and inserting a penny somewhere. Video on *******.
I have WT with the band set, and im getting Rock Band, GH3, and Rock Band 2 to go with it. I hope i dont get the red drum problem

Don't even compare the two. World Tour by far the best.

Well, the RB 1 instruments break very easily (my green cracked, and my strum bar didn't respond), So i got a RB2 guitar, and so far it's great. My drums still work, so i'm still using them. I like the DLC for RB/RB2 a lot more. Especially because they have Devildriver and Children of Bodom :P. I never played GH:WT so i don't know much about it, so i can't say if i like it or not
