Hey guys, my server is with an bad ping, how can i fix it?, the ping is around 5-30.
The server is located on Ribeirгo Preto, Sгo Paulo, Brazil.

There are no much hosts here in Brazil (where i expect to announce my server) the only one here is CarbonHost BR, but an basic plan costs like 500/month and i cant pay, any bad hosts (for small servs) that are like 1 buck per week so i can pay them?
