I require assistance.

I haven't had this issue ever before.
I have tried this:
Deleting gta_sa.set
Restarting GTA.
Closing other applications.
Restarting PC.

Before you say it, it aren't my mods, my mods worked fine for the 2 weeks they have been used so far.

Alright, so, I have this issue when I walk and drive.
It's a really weird bug.
I need help, someone please tell me the fix.

This looks like something is wrong with your ped.ifp have you tried to reinstall san andreas?

Have you considered your key simply being stuck and/or broken? This behavior is consistent with constantly tapping the 'forward' button (usually W).

I assume this also happens in Single-Player.

It looks like there is some issue with your keyboard.
Like Vince said, it seems like your keyboard doesn't register you holding the key and rather repeats the 'w' command walking key.

I see that you haven't reinstalled gta-sa yet.
Perhaps this might work. It is possible that some of your files have been damaged or corrupted.
This is the first time i see this.
