I Dont Get An Error , It Just Doesn't Work ... It Shows The Dialog ,But The Dialog Does'nt Respond ...

so the dialog does display, but when you press the buttons it does nothing correct?
If so, the issue lies in OnDialogResponse, make sure you are using the correct dialog id
