Do you really wanna know? AVG.

Heres my feelings towards All anti-viruses:
GO SCREW YOURSELF! THE SHIT I MAKE ARE NOT FUCKING VIRUSES, NORE IS SA-MP, SO STOP 1) NOT LETTING ME USE IT AND 2) NOT LETTING ME CLOSE YOU YOU SHIT HEAD!!!
NO, STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT TO LET THE FUCKING SA-MP SERVER THROUGH! OH FUCKERS, I PRESSED "DO NOT LET CONNECT TO INTERSHIT", NOW I'M COMPLETELY SCREWED BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER ASK AGAIN IF I WANT TO LET IT THOUGH, AND I CANT CLOSE YOU!!!
DAMN WHY IS THERE NO EXIT BUTTON?! SHIT, CLOSE CLOSE CLOSE!!! ACCESS IS DENIED WHEN I TRY TO KILL THE PROCESS?! FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU!!! NOW I HAVE TO REINSTALL YOU YOU COCK SUCKER, STOP SCREWING ME OVER, JUST LET THE SA-MP SHIT THOUGH YOU COCK.

K I'm done.
(I really hate anti-viruses).

www.free-av.com (Avira). Only annoying thing with the free edition is you get an advertising popup once per day, but it's easy to disable.

You could have no antivirus and be ok, if you never used your PC and didn't download porn.

There are still other points of entry, for example flash banners can contain mallicious code, so those advertising banners can infect your PC.

If you're smart about what you download and run though, it's very low you'll be infected.
