I'm starting up a new community and I need some suggestions,

1) Which Webhost is trustable?
2) Which website offers a easy template to use for my Community Domain?
3) Which Forum Software is easy and looks professional? ( No SMF please )

3. Any forum software can be made to look "professional" even with free templates. Just gotta look hard. My suggestion is go with MyBB or phpBB. Their modding community is massive and there are lots of free templates floating around.
