Hey there!
i really got a problem running the server with irc plugin, it never loads and keep says failed to load. I have it on my plugins folder. I'm using Windows OS 64 bit. Should i need some sort of .dll to run it? asking it because i dont get any errors while running samp-server.exe.

Are you 100% you got irc.dll inside the plugins folder? Also try to add irc.dll first to load then others.!

Just download c++ windows library,
Then try again,
If an .dll is missing or OS is missing try to install them directly to your pc,
Then just redownload IRC plugin,os,dll and put it at the right folders.
