The Gamemode starting in another computer or in VM/VPS no problem .. Problem is in my computer was running until yesterday .. I remember, the only things I downloaded and opened from yesterday was "XMouseButtonControl" and one mod for Gta .. "FirstPerson v3" Apparently this Mod was with a virus, I do not know .. and has crashed anything software or plugin in my computer.. .. what it is necessary to load these plugins, gvar and crashdetect !

Are you sure those plugins are in the plugins folders as .dll?

Yes and this is why I am asking you if you have all the plugins in your plugin folder as a .dll and not a .so because you're using windows.

the problem was solved re installing windows .. and some programs, thing that did not want to do..
