You can't report a server that is using the same idea as you! You need evidence to prove your statement, and you are not supposed to open a topic, since this is not the correct section do it via PM's with Beta Testers or the Devs.

@OP: Do you realize how many COD servers there are? Do you really think you were the first to think of it? Are you seriously going to say a server stole your idea just because it is based on the same game series that yours is?
Oh, the max players is the same too? Wow, what a coincidence. There are hundreds of servers (and I guarantee a lot are COD servers) with a 150 player limit. Are each of them also stealing the idea from you?

That's unfortunate, but also if you look at it that way, MW3 copied the name style from RWW, and also from GW at first. So instead of throwing fingers, read how copyright works and stuff.

Firstly MW3 has stolen their Gamemode which they are using right now. gg
Second who cares if it's the same Slot Ammount such as the same Name. You don't claim any right's on the Name "Modern Warfare 3"
