I get this frequently:
[23:51:41] [warning] client exceeded 'ackslimit' **.*.***.***:62629 (3015)

I get kicked from the server after this aswell. This happens randomly no 1 particular thing does it atleast I don't think it does.


What can be done to fix this? As i'm a server developer and will be opening soon. This has happened to other people on the server aswell which leads me to think its a client or server include bug.

There are many causes for this. It's hard telling what you are relaying to the player so often that they exceed the limit.

Temporarily (NOT RECOMMENDED) you can add an "ackslimit" line to your server.cfg and set it's value higher.

Two causes I come across most frequently are removing too many buildings at once and streaming too many objects with streamer. These are not the only causes though.
