You're doing it correct but the sa-mp pledge port undents on four numbers and always starts with 7.
Use 7 as your first number and then change the other three to whatever you wish.
7111 etc.
EDIT: Also, you need to type your router IP address into the LAN IP Address form. It usually starts with 192.168
It's the one you enter that site you're in.

yeah I made my port in server.cfg to 7777 so it mean I need to put 7777 right?
btw I open that page with 192.168.1.1 but when I put that ip it said "Its modem ip.Please input an valid ip from Lan....

You gotta open start, search for Run and then type CMD and enter
write ipconfig in the CMD
and then look what the Ipv4 address is, and type that in instead
