Hello,
I would ask one thing. I have a running server and set the time using the "date" in the terminal (use Linux debian). So the players can not connect to the server, but the server is running. To solve this problem can only be restarting the SA-MP server. However, I want to ask, why is this happening?

Not sure, but does it really matter? Ideally you only adjust the time and date when setting up the host. Then an NTP server on top to keep everything in sync.

Yes, it is important to know why this is happening. It is can explain a lot of other problems.
