I have in FTP host, AMX only can they steal my gamemode??

Gamemode theft is imminent. If they really want to do so, they will find any methods to succeed.
In your case, I have to admit that your host has most likely access to your files, therefore they may leak them. However, hosts are considered to be responsable and there are very slight chances for this to happen (if you're using a free host the chances are higher).
Even if they will take the files, they will not have the possibility to edit the gamemodes, unless they decompile it, but this is almost impossible to happen.

yes, he gave me some parts of my gamemode, but it's AMX I don't know how he did!

If you're using an edited version of a script, you don't have to wonder why. However, if you're gamemode is "made from scratch", probably he decompiled your .amx source and recompiled it, even though I highly doubt about that.
