So i have this account i created back in 2012 and got banned 2013. Its permantently banned and i feel like i did nothing wrong, the reason for my ban was that posted more then 1 Server Ad a month. Now i wonder if theres any possible way to get this account unbanned? Should i PM an Admin?

Permanently banned stands for permanently banned. There's no point trying to ask for an unban in my opinion.

Usually, beta testers issue infractions for the reason you specified. Probably you did something else as well. Use this form to contact the staff in order to solve your issue.
