Good afternoon! Two days ago, I was playing a role-play server, when suddenly, lag spikes became frequent. Then, the server closed and appeared "The server is restarting" (I think the server got attacked.) Anyway, the next day, I told the owner about the server closing, and he turned it on. However, the server appeared off, not only for me, but for a few people as well. The point is, some people see the server, and some others see it as offline.

I'd like to say that I tried disabling my firewall, deleting, and then adding the server, re-installing sa-mp, and even asked the owner to reboot the server, but nothing seemed to work. Any solutions?

Do you have a internet connection? If you do, is it fast enough? For some people with slow internet, servers may come up with offline when they not or they not fast enough to send data. Maybe open the SA:MP client and leave it on the page with your favorite servers for about 1-2 hours and see if it comes up, if it does its something with your connection, if or dosen't it may be server sided.
