I have a vps on which i uploaded game panel x i wanna get help changing it's version to 0.3.7 (samp server version)

What game panel are you using? I suggest going to the directory where your game panel stores its base copy of SA-MP and replace it with 0.3.7.

Go to your MySQL database and tell me what it says for GTA: San Andreas MP under default_games. AFAIK, the latest version on GamePanelX's Github is 0.3x.
