is it possible to detect if is player typing
and is it possible to detect if let's say i spawn i play 2 min then i turn HH on can i detect it ?

1-You can't
2-No matter when a cheater does use HH, you can detect it by using a script / spectating him

1 - You cannot. Only the function of keys can be detected, not actual keys.
2 - You cannot detect that they are using health hacks when they just enabled it. Do it when they are damaged or so.
