Is there any tutorial how to make duel system, i don't wanna copy to be honest,

Something like

/duel [id]

dialog pops up choose weapons 3 times blah blah

send client message to the receiver, if he didn't answer in 20 sec. send client to the sender blah blah 20 sec passed he didn't answer duel failed

i tried to make one really, i just don't know what am i doing
