Do you know the basics of mSelection? create a .txt file and enumerate all, then OnModelDialogSelection(or smth like that) add ;
ChangeVehicleColor(Vehicleid, modelid, modid);
But define first whats vehicleid by typing : GetPlayerVehicleId(playerid)
Also dont forget to state if IsPlayerInAnyVehicle
