I have searched and searched and cannot seem to locate where this bug might be located:

When a player registers and spawns, under /stats their faction is automatically assigned LSPD. However, to the best of my knowledge, they can't use any police commands, but they are able to do /leavefaction. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
