What's the "important reason" for which you need 10 euro?
What are the "other 2 game" you mentioned?
Why can't you just transfer money from your bank account to a PayPal account? Is the Greek crisis involved?

There's no open bank , The problem with Capital controls isn't solved yet , I need to pay a bill , that's why i need it on my paypal account .

This is about SA-MP discussion. Not an (monetary) exchange board... I have friends in Greece that are surely suffering as much as you at the moment but this is not the only way to make 10 euro...
And Steam accounts like that are redundant unless someone wants to VAC ban it.
