The most unique script, is that one that no-one heard of because they are too hooked on the "owning" of virtual crap in "VIP" orientated servers.

"VIP" yet, they're not Visitors anymore, they're simply Residents, so "RIP" really.

A lot of CnR scripts share a similar style to CrazyBob's CNR, so I wouldn't call it unique. Also, NG-RP is leaked every 6 months and has been used to shit in the past 5 years.. not unique either.

Now I can't speak for UIF's case but there's barely anything unique about it.

420 DayZ has some unique content, and it's the only one in your list worth mentioning.
