Look at this guys im willing to test this script but still im skeptic with this so wgat you say ? Does it really works because some people say there is no such thing that samp servers cant check client info

It's a hash that uses some some secret calculation based on your computer. It's not unique - people can and do share the same gpci hash, so it shouldn't be used by itself to ban users. One of the beta testers once suggested that it could be used in conjunction with a range ban.

It's not 100% safe even when combined with rangeban. I remember that in winter I banned a hacker's computer with GPCI + IP range and it banned me, too. It's not possible to make a 100% trustworthy ban system, using only SA-MP natives.

Edit: Also there are some tools faking user's GPCI.
