I have re-downloaded gta san andreas
re-installed SA-MP
Re-Downloaded all dll files [Last versions]


Windows information:
Windows 7
Microsoft visual is working fine

Try to install all versions of Virtual C++ . And also Scan your register data with any register fixer software

but i dont know 2005, 2008, 2010 , just test 2005 or 2008 first.
