Once I run my server on my VPS (RDP) It won't display on my SA-MP Client, even though I have enabled it on the firewall. What should I do??

Does the server crashes after running its client? Is the port you're running the server on open?
There could be a problem at your SA-MP client as well. First of all, try to restart your SA-MP client. If is not working, restart the PC. If this will have no result too, proceed on reinstalling the SA-MP client.

I bet it is because of Hyper V , or Install the Following Packages :
Microsoft Visual Basics 2008 x86 & x64
Microsoft Visual Basics 2010 x86 & x64
Microsoft Visual Basics 2012 x86 & x64
Microsoft Visual Basics 2013 x86 & x64
