Hello, So I ban people banned on their GPCI..
But it seems COMPLETELY different people have the exact same GPCI..
Is this because the game is pirated?
How is the GPCI Obtained..
I thought it was 100% Unique per computer.

It is perfectly normal and the gpci is based mostly on the game's directory(I believe), along with the name of the windows user.
So let's say for example someone is using the "Administrator" user account and has the default GTA installation path of:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
This would most likely return the same or a similar GPCI, though I am not completely sure if this is correct or not. It has nothing to do with the legality of the game.

Like aba said, its related to user account name. So if the account name is simply 'user' or something similar, there is a big chance a lot of other people will have the same gpci.
Its a shame we dont have more then gpci, but who knows? maybe there are 'secret' natives. I didnt know about SendClientCheck until a few months ago.
