If you didn't already know, OVH accepts credit card via their own payment processor (not PayPal).

OVH's billing system is likely one of the best chances you got, you're not really going to find anywhere else which offers DDoS Protected VPS servers with a more better billing system it's all basic credit card / PayPal and such.

If OVH doesn't support your country with its credit card system, than I am doubtful many will but there's always a shot, you're best bet is to check WHT aka webhostingtalk forums and search for DDoS via VPS offers.

I used gignode until OVH approved my dedicated server, they provide better VPS than OVH classic ones...

Do you have a specific Virtualization Technology (e.g. Xen, KVM, OpenVZ) or Operating System in mind?
