I just reinstall san andreas and samp didn't work

Anyways, try the following:
Uninstall recent game modifications;
Run both GTA & SA-MP clients as administrator;
Run GTA SA Client in Windows 98/me compatibility.

In order to avoid in game crashes, use an anticrasher. It requires CLEO.
