Hello, my server has a lot of lag, players put AFK, and they actually bring a character before AFK.

So what? You didn't motion what the main problem. Lag, Every server get lag. Use good RAM to avoid Lag( in the host) and also the internet. Maybe you are using Local host!

How optimized is your gamemode? Do you use foreach or the standard for(new i stuff?

SA:MP doesn't use that much RAM, it depends on CPU power much more.
