Did you updated script.. Or did you use right plugins.. Did you recompile the script?

Everything is updated, just as you can see in the pictures the server shuts down.
Friends have told me that my problem causing the wrong version of the plugin.
But unfortunately I do not know version of this plugin.

Its most likely a problem with the dynamic link libraries (.dll files).
You can either download all of the Microsoft Redistributable packages or just use BlueG's latest version of the MySQL plugin, its the best option.
