Hi,
When i run the game from samp to join a server, the loading bar gets to nearly finished and then i get an error saying "The instruction at 0x0056f348 referenced memory at 0x005c009d. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program.

Can you play Single-Player? Or does it also crash during the loading stage?

If yes, uninstall your GTA-SA, sa-mp, your mods and your C://My documents/GTA_SA User files (especially the gta.set file)
A clean install of gta_sa & sa-mp usually does the trick.
