Try to call a computer technicians or simply buy a new PC and the monitor so you wouldn't have a problem.

Why would you buy a whole new computer and a screen for a Video/Graphic Card?

Anyways,

Can you please tell me the Video/Graphic Card you have?

It always works for me when my computer has a problem ^_^ also graphic cards, hard drives, etc are more expensive than the actual computer so it's better to buy a new PC and monitor it's cheaper than to buy some graphic cards, video cards, etc. Thinking of upgrading my video/graphic card though but I know what his problem. Sometimes the screen will covered in white color.

Did you recently update any drivers, OS, anything? Did you perform a test running safe mode?

If your computer actually works fine for that '10 minutes' then there's no issue with graphic card or something, Try to run in a safe mode and look, Also check your monitor.

*Maybe graphic card as well, That '10 minutes' is enough to produce heat, Maybe your graphic card heats up?

Check your monitor as well, Heat-up situations.
