Try to contact their customer support so they would notify that you failed to order something. Or maybe there's an error occurred when your trying to do the transactions with their services. Example: your transaction has been made and there's an event like your connection has been timed out or disconnected, your account doesn't meet the amount that has been offered to you. Or just simply wait for them to reply your needs.
