Today i bought a dedicated server which i control through " Remote Desktop Connection " so i added samp and started server.exe and when i added the dedicated server ip with port i put the default ( 7777) but it doesnt show ? Why does this happen ? Can anyone help me please ?

Did you follow correctly the steps of adding a server to your dedicated server?.
If you bought the server from a hosting site for SA-MP i would say to open a support ticket there.
Try to give more informations + details about your problem & dedicated server specs.
